JMEasy Software is a South African software company developing practical, easy-to-use tools that help businesses manage everyday work.
Our Story
JMEasy Software began with a simple request from a friend who wanted to move away from printed jobcard books. The goal was to let technicians complete their work in the field using a phone or tablet.
I started developing what became Jobcards Made Easy, focusing on making job management straightforward and practical.
Then another friend, who runs a garden servicing business, needed a way to plan and schedule work in the field. That started our field scheduling module.
Soon another question came: could the software also help with quotations, invoices and payments? Building those connected transaction tools was a bigger challenge, and during that work I also developed EzySlip to help capture and manage slips and expense documents.
From Jobcards Made Easy to EZY Software
Before long, the software had grown beyond jobcards. The original name no longer described everything it could do.
I wanted to keep a connection to where it started, while making room for new ideas. That is how EZY Software became the name for our growing family of business tools, with JMEasy Software as the company behind them.
The name JMEasy carries the story of Jobcards Made Easy forward.
